Join us at Rotary Park, Maungatapu, where we’ll gather under the trees at the far end of the park. Together, we’ll enjoy fresh air, open space, and the peaceful harbour setting as children explore, create, and connect.

Our outdoor Stay & Play sessions are designed for children aged 0–5 years and their caregivers. Created by qualified Early Childhood Teachers, these playgroups offer enriching, nature-inspired sensory experiences that support curiosity, creativity, and meaningful connection.

✨ What to expect:

🧺 Easter-inspired sensory and nature play

Think gentle Easter magic woven through open-ended, hands-on experiences

πŸ§’ Child-led exploration

Children are free to follow their interests, ideas, and imagination

🎨 Creative & sensory play stations

A mix of low tables, ground-level trays, and natural materials

πŸ’• A warm, welcoming space

For caregivers to connect, slow down, and feel supported

🐌 Moments to pause and be present

Soak up simple, meaningful time together

🧺 Picnic-friendly setting

Bring a blanket and some kai to enjoy in the morning sun

🚻 Toilets available on site

(Please note: limited changing facilities — come prepared)

We believe there is no such thing as a single “age-appropriate” experience. Every child — from a curious baby to a confident explorer — is capable and competent. Each will engage differently, and all are encouraged to explore at their own pace in a safe, supportive environment.
