What to Expect

At Moa Park, your wildlings will have space to climb, explore and relax within our nature-inspired themed play.

We’ll be setting up under the trees on the other side of the playground, surrounded by open space and shaded spots perfect for curious wildlings.

Car parking maybe tricky with lots of trades along Oceanbeach road. There is two other access points. One on Moa Street and another on Valley Road.

Expect open-ended, sensory-rich opportunities to engage with the sunshine, fresh air and the magic of the season.

Our outdoor Stay & Play sessions are designed for children aged 0–5 years and their caregivers. Created by qualified Early Childhood Teachers, these playgroups provide enriching, nature-led experiences that support exploration, creativity and connection, while fostering meaningful moments between parent and child.

Our play stations are thoughtfully designed to accommodate all ages and stages. With a mixture of low tables, ground-level trays, natural resources, and creative setups, every child, whether 6 months or 5 years, is seen as capable, curious and competent. Children are encouraged to explore at their own pace in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Find at This Session:

  • Child-led, nature-inspired play stations

  • Messy, sensory, water and creative experiences

  • A welcoming, supportive space for parents and caregivers

  • Time to slow down, be present and make memories

  • Plenty of messy fun, bring older clothes, gumboots, or wet-weather gear

  • A towel and spare clothes are recommended!

๐Ÿงบ Bring a picnic blanket and snacks if you’d like to enjoy kai during or after the session. Moa Park is a beautiful spot to sit in the sun, relax and let the morning unfold naturally.
